FILL OUT THE QUESTIONNAIRE

This questionnaire will help me better understand your goals, wants, and needs and allow me to better understand your situation. If I know what your goals are, then we can customize the experience specifically to you.

Almost done! But I need you to email me two more things.

1. Can you please provide me with a pre approval letter if you're obtaining a loan?

2. Can you please send me proof of funds (Statements) If you're purchasing in cash.

1. MEET WITH AN AGENT

Always talk to a professional first to get you started on the right foot. I can't stress how important it is to consult with someone who can help you see the bigger picture with everything and most importantly clearly identify your needs, wants, and goals.

2. GET PRE-APPROVED

Ask your real estate professional for some recommendations on loan officers. We all know at least one. This person would be the best person to chat with about your future mortgage.

This process will help you understand how much you can afford and get you ready to go shopping.

3. LET'S GO SHOPPING

Now, the fun part happens. Let's go shopping for homes.

You know how much you can afford and we've identified what your wants and needs are, so let's find that perfect match for you.

4. MAKE AN OFFER

You've toured a few homes and you finally found the ONE! So, let's get your ducks in a row and put together a stunning offer to the sellers that will stand out from the rest.

 

5. CLOSING DETAILS

Your offer is accepted! Woo hoo! Time for some due diligence. Depending on how we structured your offer, we will move forward with inspections, finalize your loan documents, and narrowing down on all the final details to get you your keys to your new home!

Then, we can plan on when your BBQ will take place and how many tacos I'm going to bring.
