1. DISCOVERY

First thing's first, we need to have a chat in order to clearly identify your wants, needs, and overall goals. Each sale is different, so it's best that we customize the experience to make it tailored specifically to your situation.

What does the perfect sale look like to you? Getting top dollar on your home is an item to check off on many seller's lists, but how can we do that without causing you a headache? Let's figure that out.

2. PREPPING YOUR HOME

Making your home looking and feeling appealing to buyers is super important. Little things like decluttering and depersonalizing go a long way. Going further into doing light renovations, touch ups, and home staging elevate that appeal.

You want to help buyers envision themselves in the space and not make it feel like someone else's home to help develop an emotional connection.

3. CREATING THE VISUALS AND COLLATERAL

Now that your home is appealing in-person, it's time to create the visuals to help show it off to the world.

My creative team will come in to shoot photos, videos, and begin developing the digital and physical collateral to showcase your home in the best possible light.

4. REVIEW OFFERS AND NEGOTIATE

People love the look and feel of your home and you've got offers coming in! Now, we review them and begin negotiations.

It's my duty to ensure that I guide and consult you on a pathway that best fits your needs and wants. It's a good thing we clarified those in step 1. hehe.

5. CLOSING DETAILS

Both you and the buyers have now agreed to all the terms, you're in contract, the buyer is finalizing items with their mortgage provider and conducting their due diligence, and all the little details are getting squared away.

Once all that is done the transfer of funds and ownership happens and you're all set!
